Senior SAP BO and Power BI Developer
Location – Bangalore (Hybrid Model)
Experience Level – 10 Yrs to 13 Yrs
Notice Period - Maximum 30 Days or Serving NP
Job Description –
Experience Level: 10+ years of overall experience. 8 years relevant experience.
• Performs development, maintenance, and support activities in the SAP BusinessObjects environment.
• Develop, unit test, and maintain a complex BusinessObjects (BO) semantic layer and reports, and interpret error logs to debug and correct BO reports and universe issue.
• Participate in requirements sessions with internal and external stakeholders
• Convert business and functional requirements into technical solutions. Deliver supporting materials such as use cases, design specifications, and reports
• Provide technical support to requirements, development, testing, and team members
• Interact with the cross-team to ensure both teams are aligned with the objects, promote efficient use of database resources, and optimize the end-user experience.
• Follow a variety of corporate and program system development life cycle and quality guidelines, and adhere to industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the BusinessObjects production environment,
• Support initiatives such as security assessments, product upgrades, platform rehosting, capacity planning, performance measurements, disaster recovery, and user requests
• Proactively analyze environment and application configurations, troubleshoot problems, and help implement improvements
• Support users with formulating successful queries and understanding the data contained in the data warehouse.
• Should work independently.
• Should take care of transports and other regular maintenance activities.
