We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at MBPS Constructions in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing any queries or concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide assistance as needed
• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and transactions
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards
