Job description
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management:
Execute enhanced listings with variations or single listings on various ecommerce platforms.
Handle FBA registration FBA shipment and order processing.
Create and optimize campaigns including coupon promotions.
Optimize existing products conduct product mapping and implement higherranking keywords.
Manage email communication negative feedback removal and client coordination.
Calculate portal fees facilitate brand registry on the panel and enroll in Prime and Guarantee Delivery programs.
Execute Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and create online stores.
Implement various types of promotions and calculate profit.
2. Online Marketplace Operations:
Manage operations on various ecommerce platforms including catalogue operations order processing and sales planning.
Execute coupons discounts and manage return processes and claims.
3. Account Reinstatement:
Handle the process of reinstating ecommerce accounts.
4. Data Mining:
Extract relevant data from LinkedIn and other portals.
5. Strategy Development:
Work on the development and implementation of new strategies to meet clients marketing needs and goals.
6. Public Relations (PR):
Coordinate with designated portals and work on PR activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in ecommerce operations particularly on various platforms.
Indepth knowledge of online marketing strategies promotions and account management.
Proficiency in data mining from LinkedIn and other sources.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
