Job Title: P&C Solutions Manager

About the Role:
- User services: manage P&S Solutions Office with which has multiple solutions and user base
- Process management: responsible for managing a range of back-end processes related to delivery of P&S Solutions world-wide
- Grow our business: support Client Managers (CM), Sales & Origination Team and Product Teams from origination to solution delivery to grow our solutions business.
- Solution development: support solutions owners in further improving the solutions and support innovation in general
- Solution Ambassador: act as ambassador & supporter for all involved P&S solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage registration tasks in collaboration with Client Services, solutions owners, IT
- Prepare statistics, support CM's, Sales & Origination Team, Product Managers, and core UW teams for data and statistics for the user base.
- First level user support for specific solutions
- Maintain SharePoint sites in close collaboration with Product and Sales & Origination teams.
- Pro-actively execute, manage various processes: licensing, user onboarding, legal documentation, tickets triaging & monitoring the transaction pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: inform on releases, technical updates, and content topics where applicable.
- For any internal performance improvement in the process, support in defining the requirements and perform testing
- Ensure complete adherence of governance standards with respect to deal lifecycle.
- Act as ambassador, contribute to the ambassador networks, support presentation of solutions to clients
- Promote solutions externally at local client events, conferences etc.
- Promote solutions internally at SR Bangalore, build a strong network with local client managers and Product managers
About you and Qualifications:
Educational background and professional experience
- University degree or equivalent
- Experienced professional with at least 6 years' experience, preferably in the re/insurance industry
- Experience with leading small teams for stakeholder delivery.
- Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
- Previous experience in an operations role seen as positive
Technical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite MS Excel in particular, Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience on Power BI is an added advantage.
- Organization skills previously demonstrated through project, team or committee management.
- Analytical skills regarding technical and financial reinsurance data
- Ability to present complex situations in an easily understandable way

- Ability to navigate a vague environment and juggle multiple parallel activities
