Assist in SVPN ID creation, SVPN ID transfer, SVPN ID reset Password, SVPN ID reset PC MAC address.
Assist in SVPN User Troubleshooting, Submit daily work report, SVPN daily usage report.
Assist in u-Ready ID creation, u-Ready ID Period extension, u-Ready ID PC MAC address reset and submit daily work report
Search User ID on SCME if a user already has desk phone number
If not exist, create FMC / C2D / SCME accounts
Send a welcome email to employee with manual attached
SEA user termination (phone database removal)
Termination email to be received from SEA GA (SDSA)
Check Knox portal & SCME to find terminated employees to be removed
The Successful Applicant Desired Skills & Experience:
Engineering bachelor level degree or equivalent.
At least 3 to4 years of experience as a remote technician or other customer support role.
Network Knowledge & Experience (preferred VPN Tunneling, experienced with ISP for troubleshooting).
Basic Systems understanding and should be familiar with PC Hardware, MS Office etc.
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette.
Exp in ITIL process will be preferred
