Job Description - Should have good hands on experience in end to end implementations and understand the complete SDLC and nuances in implementation of TIBCO
- And Important to consider in addition to these as this is platform owner, strong communication skills.
- Tibco BW architect (BW migration experience not mandatory) If they have its good
- Co-ordinate with multiple stake holders in design and architectural aspects.
- Quick / immediate joiners.
Education - Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Experience TIBCO BW6.x version with migration experience
- Minimum 8 years experience in implementing end to end integration solutions with TIBCO BW, EMS
- Familiarity with JSON, XML and Web Services. Expert in XPATH
- Practical experience in application security such as SSL Certificates, cryptography
- Practical experience in synchronous, asynchronous JMS communication as well as SOAP and REST
- Practical experience in TIBCO Administrator, Hawk and scripting tools provided by TIBCO (buildear, appmanage, etc)
- Mandatory Skills: Banking Domain Exp, SOA Principles/Architecture, TIBCO Business works Fundamentals, UNIX/ Linux basics, TIBCO SSL communications, TIBCO EMS Fundamentals, CICD Architecture, TIBO Rest/WEB services Fundamentals, TIBCO Administrator Fundamentals, Database Fundamentals, TIBCO RV/MQ Fundamentals
Technical Skills - Excellent in designing and developing CPU + Memory efficient apps on TIBCO BW along with failover scenarios
- Excellent in SSL Certificates, communicate protocols such as JMS, REST, SOAP, TCP etc.
- Excellent knowledge on XSD, XML to JSON, JSON to XML conversation methods
- Daily usage of common shell scripting, comfortable to work on *nix OS
- Always thinking with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem
- Knowledge on Java, and able to provide solutions including Java methods in TIBCO BW applications
- Proved adherence to software development lifecycle. Excellent level on GIT
Functional Skills - Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
- Experience in Banking/Financial domain is highly desired
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
- Hava a mindset of always improvement, research for best possibe solution
