Job description

***This is a full-time onsite role. We are looking for candidates based out nearby Noida location and who can commute to the office as and when required***

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and driving the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced agency environment.

Work Location: Noida, Sector 16

Role & responsibilities

  1. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  2. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
  3. Lead point of contact for all customer account management
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  5. Relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  6. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
  7. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  8. Develop new business with existing clients
  9. Identify areas of improvement to meet upselling objectives
  10. Prepare reports on account status
  11. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  12. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  13. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the engagement.
  14. Identifying industry trends.
  15. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
