Job Description:
- Training Facilitation & Delivery – Product / Process / Soft Skills & Customer Experience * – Across Online, Classroom & OJT formats
- Training execution Plan and monitoring delivery of programs across regions/ franchisee/ stores Partner with the Stakeholders to drive the training agenda.
- Aligning internal and external stakeholders on training plan
- Partner with the operations team for Training delivery and measurement process Driving & Supporting Outlet KPIs – Through Training Delivery and On the Job Mentoring Sessions in close coordination with Business and Levi’s team.
- Driving employee retention and engagement at Stores
- Mentor the Franchisee trainers mapped to the Individual.
- Successful Execution of Training Initiatives and Learning Events Be the one point of contact all training requirements of the Region, and deliver the same.
Additional Job Description
Stake Holder Management
- Work closely with the Levi’s Regional Operations team & Franchisee partners, to ensure that agreed goals are achieved.
- Aligning internal stakeholders on the roll out process and timelines across levels in the organization
- Align the monthly training plan for the MSF trainers and monitor adherence.
MSF trainer Management
- Mentor and coach the MSF trainers of the Region mapped.
- Monthly Review MSF Trainer Plans and outcomes
- Conduct weekly/ monthly reviews with Franchisee Trainers & Operations team.
- Store visits across region to ensure adherences and monitor on the job compliances
Store Team Management
- Execute the New Store Opening Training in coordination with Blueprint Owner
- Supporting the Reward and recognition initiatives at the store
Stakeholder Management:
- Contribute in the monthly regional reviews.
- MSF T2T Meet for updates & alignment for influencing action.
- Liaise with operations teams to gather the right information.

- LSIL Team- Operations/ Blueprint Owners and Analytics team/ Store VM team
- Franchisee partners- Operations & Trainers
