Job description
• Assist clients with the preparation of visa applications
• Verify client eligibility for a visa to Canada, Germany, Hongkong
• Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the application process
• Liaise with embassy authorities as required
• Maintain accurate records of all visa applications
• Work independently and manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Expertise in the Canada, Germany, Hongkong visa application process is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service is a must.
