Job description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet our high standards of quality and reliability. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of developing and executing effective quality assurance strategies.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing.
Collaborate with developers to ensure software quality throughout the development process.
Identify and document defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality software development.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise areas for improvement in our products and processes.
Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
Desired Experience:
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Analytical ability to understand and work with complex application architecture.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with bug trackings and reporting tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete is a Bonus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
