Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of sales representatives, setting and monitoring sales targets, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Team Manager will also be responsible for providing regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Team Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer Service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
• Experience in providing Training to sales representatives
• Proven track record of Sales Success
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry, Edtech industry, and tour and travel is a plus
