Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Provide tailored travel advice based on client requirements.
- Research, plan, and arrange itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, and special requests.
- Handle all bookings using the appropriate systems and tools. Ensure all arrangements are confirmed and properly coordinated.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip. Handle any issues or changes to travel arrangements as they arise.
- Ensure all necessary travel documents, including visas, insurance, and other related paperwork, are processed and handed over to clients in a timely manner.
- Collect feedback from client's post-trip to constantly improve service quality.
- Ensure all travel plans and activities adhere to the company's policies and any relevant UK or international regulations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel Sales consultant or in a related role or freshers.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask.
- Up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, restrictions, and the latest travel trends.
- Ability to work in a team and also take initiative independently.
- Open to work with rotational offs and shift timings, including late evening and late nights.
