Job description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Ops Location: Gurgaon (5 days a week from office)

Responsibilities: 1. HR Process Management: • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, payroll and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and exits. 2. Data Management: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes. 3. Employee Relations: • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters. • Assist in handling employee grievances and provide timely resolution. 4. Compliance: • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. • Conduct periodic audits to verify data accuracy and compliance. 5. HR Systems Administration: • Administer and troubleshoot HR software systems. • Collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements. 6. Benefits Administration: • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. • Communicate benefit information to employees and assist in addressing queries.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations. • Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and industry best practices. • Strong data management and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
