Job description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Network Service (NS) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert consultation and support in planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing the telecom network services transformation program. The Telecom NS Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

1. Consultation and Analysis:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
2. Conduct a thorough analysis of existing telecom network infrastructure.
3. Work with the E2E Architect and the Tech Lead to finalize the design and architecture

1. Network Planning and Design:
1. Develop detailed network plans and designs, considering scalability, security, and performance requirements.
2. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of network designs.
3. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.

1. Implementation and Integration:
1. Oversee the implementation of telecom network services, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
2. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to integrate new technologies seamlessly.
3. Conduct testing and validation of network services to guarantee optimal performance.

1. Optimization and Troubleshooting:
1. Identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing defects.
2. Implement optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and reliability of network services.

1. Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
2. Generate regular reports on the performance of telecom network services for internal and client review.

1. Client Collaboration:
1. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
2. Provide guidance and training to client teams on telecom network best practices.
3. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Telecom Network Service Consultant or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom network architectures, protocols, and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with network planning, design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCDP) are a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as 5G and SDN/NFV.
