Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and Implement Export Sales Strategy:

Formulate a comprehensive export sales strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

Identify key target markets and create market entry plans.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in target export markets.

Analyze economic regulatory and cultural factors influencing solar panel sales.

3. Business Development:

Identify and engage with potential international clients distributors and strategic partners.

Develop and maintain strong relationships to expand the customer base.

4. Sales Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed sales plans and set achievable revenue targets for export markets.

Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed set targets.

5. Contract Negotiation :

Lead negotiations for export contracts ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.

6. Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit train and manage a highperforming export sales team.

Provide leadership guidance and support to ensure team success.

7. Customer Relationship Management :

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international customers.

Address customer inquiries concerns and feedback promptly.

8. Logistics and Supply Chain Oversight:

9. Compliance and Risk Management:

Stay informed about international trade regulations and compliance requirements.

Implement risk management strategies to minimize challenges in export operations.

10. Pricing Strategy:

Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for solar panels in international markets.

Monitor and adjust pricing based on market dynamics.

11. Marketing and Promotion :

Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for export markets.

Participate in international trade shows and events to promote solar panels.

12. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on export sales performance market trends and competitor activities.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.

13. Quality Assurance:

Ensure that exported solar panels meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product issues.

14. Financial Management:

Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets and financial aspects of export sales.

Qualifications :

Masters in Business Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in a seniorlevel export sales role within the solar energy or related industry.
