The Opportunity

At Pluralsight our People Business Partner Team creates and implements People solutions that ensure we succeed in the direction of our mission. Our India site continues to grow rapidly. This role is critical to the ongoing support and enable of multiple function leaders including (but not limited to): IT, Finance, Success & Services, Sales, People, etc. You will partner with local site leadership, global functional leaders, People leadership, and other functionally assigned BP's to support people-related issues (e.g. org design, workforce planning, engagement, compensation, employee relations, leader onboarding, coaching and org development, etc). Your leadership and influence will build an environment where individuals and teams can do their best work and deliver results.

What You'll Own

  • Build a world-class talent culture that attracts, retains, and develops top performers.
  • Support and enable a leadership development strategy / succession plans and partner with other PBPs to provide executive coaching to your business leadership team(s)
  • Support execution of a strategic annual workforce & staffing plan
  • Balance the needs of team members, your functional business unit, the People Team, and the company
  • Provide regular, data-based guidance to leaders and individual contributors (performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, engagement, ER / investigations / compensation, etc).

Experience You'll Need

  • A minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • Experience counseling senior leaders and handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of effective, data-based decisions and judgment in implementing and supporting People systems and processes
  • Basic understanding of employment laws, compliance regulations, and industry norms
  • Comfortable working in and enabling a high-performance culture
  • Strong interpersonal skills across a diverse group of leaders, and team members
