Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Prime Wealthcare Solution Pvt. Ltd. located in Bhavnagar. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting and checking in clients, managing and organizing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette skills and Receptionist Duties
• Clerical Skills such as filing and data entry
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Customer Service skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is a plus
