Overview:
As a Telecaller you play a crucial role in an organizations customer acquisition and retention efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services answer queries and solve issues. Your ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers will directly impact the companys success in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote products or services to customers
- Answer incoming queries and address customer concerns
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Keep abreast of product information and updates
- Research and qualify new leads
- Conduct customer surveys to gather information and feedback
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Participate in telemarketing and cold calling activities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Strong customer focus and adaptability
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Ability to multitask set priorities and manage time effectively
- Persuasive and goaloriented
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Problemsolving skills
- Positive attitude and selfmotivation
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Experience in customer support is a plus
