Job description

Ring is a “Made in India” online Instant Credit Platform operated by OnEMi Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd with an aim to provide their coveted “PaywithRing Limit” product to their customers across India.

Ring is conceptualized to provide instant credit facility to its customers. It also allows the customer to walk in at any merchant store which accepts payments from UPI apps like BHIM, PhonePe, Paytm, Freecharge, Mobikwik, Axis Pay, Jio Pay, etc. This revolutionary product aptly named “PaywithRing Limit” enables the customer to buy their favorite products at any merchant store of their choice using the PaywithRing Credit Line to be repaid as per the stipulated time. Being 100% digital, Ring makes it easier for customer s to scan QR code at their preferred merchant stores.

Job Description: The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the engineering, sales, marketing, and support team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy • To lead the evolution of Ring's software vision, strategy, and product roadmap. • Overseeing research and analysis that lead to informed decision-making by the board on issues such as cost, utility, and timelines for products; • Establishing the methodologies and procedures for conducting market research, design conceptualization, prototyping, and product development; • Conducting analyses such as gap analysis to establish product differentiation and execution strategies that will lead to a product’s ultimate success;

Product Development • Developing the necessary business cases for Ring specific products and leading the process of securing board approval for any required investment; • Leading the transformation of signed-off product ideas into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects that align with the overall product strategy; • Managing the day-to-day execution of all product activities

Go to Market • Helping to identify target client segments and markets, evaluate market trends and competition strategies to inform recommendations on product pricing and positioning; • Tracking and monitoring the commercial success of products relative to business case/plan expectations and taking remedial action if not meeting expectations;

Skills And Expertise

• Demonstrable track record of successfully taking products to market, ideally a consumer-facing product of significant scale • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role • Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies • 3+ years of product management experience
