Role: Business Partner-HR
Experience:5-10 Years
Location : Oragadam, Chennai
Business Partner (Automotive) :
Around 5-10 Yrs MBA | MSW | MHRM - Full Time preferably from tier - 2 B Schools with relevant experience of 5 yrs.
Role:
The candidate would be responsible for partnering with leaders / managers to develop and deploy annual objectives to build a dynamic organization , Partner with HR teams (HR Opns, P&D, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D) and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions that delivers significant and sustainable growth.
Business Partner
- Advise and coach business leaders / managers on matters related to talent management / talent development, including competency requirements & succession planning, performance & compensation management, employee engagement, retention, compliance program, community programs etc.
- In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and deliver an annual HR plan for meeting business needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review).
- Drive employee communications / engagement within business segment.
- Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required
- Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership, HR practices
- Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity. Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most data. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on various topics to leadership.
- Develop and maintain appropriate operation policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
