Responsibilities - Generate leads, qualify prospects, and adopt a solution-driven approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Engage with potential customers from our waitlist and proactively conduct outbound outreach to generate new leads.
- Educate prospects about our company, product offerings, and unique value proposition through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our low code, no code rule engine, and workflow automation platform.
- Play a critical role in converting potential customers into paid users by effectively communicating the value proposition of our solution, understanding specific use cases, and demonstrating how our product enhances team productivity and reduces turnaround time.
- Build relationships, provide insightful demos, and navigate objections to achieve sales targets and drive customer success.
- Understand potential customers' needs and use cases, providing tailored solutions that demonstrate how our product can address pain points and drive productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our product in the market.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth by converting prospects into paying customers.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in CS/IT (BTech, B.E, BCA, MCA, BSc. (CS)).
- Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of low code, no code platforms, and familiarity with rule engines and workflow automation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting product demos and presentations to potential customers.
