hiring of design engineer

Position: Sr. Design Engineer
Location: Bhiwadi (Rajasthan)

Package: 40K CTC
Company- Heavy Equipments manufacturing
Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical only
Experience: minimum 5-6 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience in design and troubleshooting of Construction Equipment's, Mobile
material handling equipment's, Steel Fabrication, and such other related engineering
products.
2. Knowledge about the Vehicle integration.
3. Knowledge about the Selection of structure material according to payload based on
load calculation.
4. Prepare the EBOM and drwgs for parts development for machine level and
mechanical, auto parts, tool design & sheet metal.
5. Experience in design and preparation of manufacturing fabrication drawings of
pressure vessels and other such heavy fabrication products.
6. Should have the knowledge of sheet metal parts design & development.
7. Knowledge of designing New Jigs and fixtures Drawings according to the Samples.
8. Should have the knowledge of GD&T.
9. Expert level user of 3D CAD Software – Solid Works.
10. Knowledge of Auto CAD software for machine layout and nesting.

Must Have-
ï'· SOLID WORKS, AUTO CAD AS CAD TOOL
ï'· KNOWLEGDE OF PRIME MOVERS LIKE ENGINE, BELT, PULLEY, PUMP
ï'· APPLICATION ENGINEERING
ï'· FABBRICATION, WELDING AND DETAILED DRAWINGS
ï'· ISSUE AND APPROVAL OF PRODUCTION DRAWINGS
ï'· EXP OF ERP AND BOM
ï'· DESIGN CALCULATION
ï'· SELECTING MATERIAL FOR PARTS
ï'· SELECTION OF HYDRAULIC, BEARING TO SERVE THE FUNCTION
ï'· MUST BE WELL VERSED IN APPLYING FITS AND TOLERENCES, SURFACE ROUGHNESS, MATERIAL
SELECTION
ï'· EXP IN HEAVY MACHINARY AND MOBILE HANDLING EQUIPMENT OR OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLE
