*Experience: Minimal 5-7 years of experience in Sales Or Training***
- Analysis, design, and deployment of large-scale enterprise-wide digital learning solution projects that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization
- Training needs analysis, content strategy & design, workplace learning and performance support solutions, training the trainer, and planning and implementation of training strategy for various channels and functions
- Creation and management of L&D processes, including designing and conducting internal process audits for management and mitigation of risks and compliance with complex regulatory requirements
- Exploration of latest learning technologies to scale up and enhance learner engagement, thereby contributing towards building a learning organization
- Development of processes, tools, and frameworks to digitally capture every learning activity be it e-learning, classroom-led training, on-the-job training, etc. happening within the organization
- Learning analytics to support decision-making and to prove L&D as a business value contributor by providing insights & analysis and publishing learning dashboards on efficiency, effectiveness, and outcome
- L&D administration includes resource planning & management, budgeting, vendor management, consultant trainers identification, deployment and payouts
- development and execution of internal customer service strategy and communication strategy to enhance learner engagement and resolution of queries and grievances
- Training delivery, including leadership development training
- Team management & people development
*Qualifications:*
Minimum qualification: graduation is required.
Age between 21 and 45 years.
