Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The inside Sales Associate will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead generation:
· Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Prospect Qualification:
· Conduct through research to understand customer needs and main points.
· Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.
3. Sales Presentations:
· Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers over the phone.
· Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services and address customer concerns.
4. Relationship Building:
· Build and maintain strong relationship with prospects and customers.
· Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Sales closing:
· Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales target.
· Close sales deals by effectively addressing customer objections and concerns.
6. Market Intelligence:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market development.
· Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions.
Qualifications and skills: · Any bachelor's degree or a related field preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Candidates can speak Hindi/English/Telugu/Tamil/Kannada.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
· Goal oriented with a focus on delivering results.
