We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in reporting engineering and product metrics to the leadership team. This individual should have a strong background in Private Equity, familiarity with the DORA framework, and solid experience in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent mathematical and analytical skills, coupled with effective communication abilities. Previous experience working with US-based companies is crucial, and candidates with exposure to working or traveling in the US will be given preference.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report engineering and product metrics to ACP and the leadership team.
- Utilize the DORA framework to measure and improve engineering and product performance.
- Leverage SaaS experience to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong mathematical and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of metrics and their implications.
- Utilize business acumen to work closely with management teams and board members, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Implement project management best practices to ensure the successful execution of programs.
Qualifications - Minimum of an MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience in program management.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of working closely with management teams and boards.
- Experience in Private Equity and familiarity with the DORA framework.
- Demonstrated expertise in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Previous experience working with US-based companies; international experience, particularly in the US, is an advantage.
- PMP coursework/certification is required.
