Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Candidate Interviews
Scheduling with client and candidate
Updating VMS and RMS
Ensuring candidate is informed prior to interview
Interview Preps/Debriefs
Manage Candidate Placement
Negotiate with offer decline candidates
Update RMS with placement details
Manage Candidate Onboarding and Start
Complete Project Orientation
Ensuring onboarding & i9 completion
Attending HR onboarding calls
Sending contact details to billing consultants on/after start
Training consultants on Timesheet process (Entering OT hours in VMS etc.)
Manage Candidate on project
Pay increase requests and updates in RMS
Project extension acceptance and updates in RMS
Handling billing consultant issues
Calling billing consultants (monthly)
