Experience and knowledge of the Agile methodologies

Responsibilities
As a Design Professional ; You would be responsible for all Service design work, covering all the products and Service areas
Drive the designs of our digital channel shift strategy, working closely with product and business to rapidly scale the percentage of colleague self-services and driving colleagues service transformation and automation using the power of AI.
Ensure design information is of right quality and within project timelines space.
Enforce design quality and standards across tribes.
Help shape the tribe/squad backlogs and prioritises streams and epics for tribes/squads
Synchronize the product vision with product owners
Build HR Domain knowledge and support solutions towards roadmap for legacy rationalizations.
Manage expectations of all stakeholders (business leads/senior managers/directors/Enterprise Architects/Solution Architects)
Well versed in digital, lean, and agile methodologies.
Ability to work with cross functions products, engineering and project management counter parts to deliver products/services.
Skills
Good understanding of payroll / Time data and experience in reading payroll/Time results from cluster tables.
Good ABAP skills in Data Dictionary, Dialog programming, ALV reporting, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADI, User Exits, Performance tuning etc.
Experience in developing Reports using LDBs in HCM
Experience in OOABAP
Knowledge and experience in developing Enhancements, Functions, Operations, Features in HCM.
Knowledge and experience in HR Forms.
Knowledge and experience in Payroll Control Center, Point-to-Point Integration, Business Integration Builder
Knowledge and experience using ABAP RESTful Programming Model ABAP Development for SAP S/4HANA
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA - Data Modelling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, AMDP, CDS views, Business Object Processing Framework (BOPF) and backend OData services.
