Job description

4-5 years of experience as a benefit coordinator Provide new employees with an explanation of benefits and instruct them on enrolment and fulfilment procedures Administrate COBRA, LOAs, Family and Medical Leave rule usage and other issues as required by our in-house regulations and legal requirements Assist employee with enrolling in medical, dental and vision insurance plans Inform employees of changes to the benefits structure Resolve employee issues with insurance providers and other benefits administrators Consult with employees about eligibility and other issues Proven experience as a Benefits Specialist, with a strong experience in the US market. In-depth knowledge of US employee benefits, laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Plan and execute open enrolment activities, including communication strategies, materials development, and employee education. Must have experience in W2, C2C, 1099 Onboarding process Employee documentation & Maintain sheet Maintain various portals of Insurance and keeping a track of their credentials Reviewing semi-monthly payroll deductions Take care of worker's compensation Insurance renewals - extending existing insurance policy beyond its expiration date Ability to handle high volume work environment. Ability to work in night shift. Other HR roles as assigned or required as per business needs Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office Strong English communication skills (Verbal and Written).
