Team Member Role: AVP/VP - Residential Real Estate

The AVP/VP - Residential Real Estate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Residential Real Estate transactions. This includes market research, property viewings, negotiations, and finalizing deals. The AVP/VP - Residential Real Estate will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and maintaining relationships with clients and builders/developers.

What would the work Entail:

• 5+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
• Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.
• Build, Maintain and Grow Strong relationships with key account clients and key decision-makers in the industry.
• Build, Maintain and Grow Strong relationships with developers and property owners.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Meeting with prospective clients, understanding the requirements, and explaining projects.
• Coordinate with the business development team, and effectively convert leads to business.
• Manage and build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team most productively.
• Manage the transaction process end–to–end efficiently to achieve smooth closures.
• Responsible for the individual/ team's P&L
