- Update & Maintain data of Sales ( Pan India )
- To Ensure the Clients Invoicing done on timely basis.
- To Ensure Smooth Handover Process & Completion of the Projects
- Prepare Reports on Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly basis
- To Support the Platform team with the data required for ongoing projects .
- To ensure smooth handover process & completion of the projects .
- Work closely with all internal departments to gather data related to projects &
prepare reports & MIS . COMPETENCIES - Experience dealing with customers and in driving business growth through
relationships. - Demonstrated record of success in project management across organizational
boundaries. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MIS.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent Verbal & Written English Communications Skills have experience with
Corporate & MNC. - Strong Analytical & Multitasking Skills
- Teamwork & Leadership skills
- Highly Organised & Efficient
- Strong Customer Support Skills
- Ability to take ownership & responsibility
