As we continue to grow our market presence in India, we are looking to expand our dedicated sales team in West Delhi. Position Summary: We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives for stent and balloon products in West Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and increasing product adoption within the region. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the local healthcare market, stellar communication skills, and a proven track record in medical device sales. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in West Delhi. - Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with cardiologists, radiologists, hospital administrators, and procurement managers within the region. - Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our stent and balloon products to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and clinical data. - Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify sales opportunities, monitor competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Organize and participate in local medical conferences, workshops, and meetings to promote our products and gather insights on market needs. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales materials and promotional strategies. - Forecast sales, develop sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness. - Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A background in biomedical sciences is advantageous. - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably dealing with stents and balloons. - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical device regulations in India. - Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in local languages (Hindi) and English is mandatory. - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Willingness to travel extensively across the West Delhi region.
