About your team

The Marketing Operations team is a newly formed team which aims at defining, designing, implementing and supporting processes that enble marketing to operate efficiently and to scale with quality and consistency. A key pillar of this organization is the Marketing Automation capability which consists in how Marketo and all relevant automation systems are supported in the company.

About your role
The Marketing Automation Manager, APAC will be responsible for supporting the Senior manager in executing campaigns for the APAC regions, the tole will consist in :

• Manage execution of email campaigns end-to-end, creative assets, creative build and deployment using Marketo, across all APAC channels/departments
• Perform campaign-specific quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance
• Working with local marketing team to plan the campaign projects and timescales
• Execute on A/B and multivariate tests to increase engagement across marketing channels
• Generate reports and monitor performance in order to provide recommendations to senior staff
• Deliver continuous improvements to the email systems to improve campaign efficacy
• Brainstorming new ideas for fresh creative campaigns or making adjustments to test with ongoing campaigns
• Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email

About you

• Working independently with our Customers/Senior Business stakeholders
• Functioning as a techno-functional resource and assist in designing solutions for various business units
• Create and configure Dataverse tables for storing Mappings and API data, and maintained SQL tables for process logs
• Design Power BI Dashboard to provide operational analytics
• Develop and analyze campaign performance, A/B Testing and Program Success reports
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability/feasibility
• Excellent command over English language
• Driving user acceptance criteria with the customer
• Well versed with MS Office products like PowerPoint, Visio and Excel,
