Job description

Ensure security Management in Plant, Mines , TPP & Townships area to safeguard unit's assets & employees.
Everyday deployment check of security manpower at plant, TPP, mines & township & Preparation of Shift schedule, ensure timely submissions of security agencies bills, Maintain Discipline of security guards, Ensure maintenance and upkeeping hygiene of security barracks.
Transport Management & Lesioning with RTO Office
Compliance of Road & Fire Safety Standards
Build relationships with local police & Key stakeholder so as to ensure seamless operations at plant & township to ensure peaceful law and order situation.
Gather information on activities within the plant and outside. Keep constant vigil on worker union activities. Ensuring procedures like Night Vigilance Duty (NVD), CCTV, MIS, etc. Coordinate with IR Team at plant & mines during exigencies.
He should possess good knowledge of MS office & SAP
He should possess good communication skill written and Verbal
