We are looking for 'Service Desk Analyst ' for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Office 365,VPN, Tech Support.

Exp : +1yrs into service desk and technical support

Location : Pune (Aundh)

CTC : 7LPA

Shifts : US Rotational (24 * 7 )

Job Description:-

• Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills & thinks logically.

• Comfortable to work in a 24/7 work environment with rotational shifts & Offs .

• Working knowledge of personal computer architecture and network architecture.

• Passion for Technology (curious, has desire to learn, doesn't rely on past knowledge, stays on top of latest technologies).

• Support operates on callback model where the cases are created for the customers and the engineers talk to the customers . They require assistance with troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows Operating System .

• MCP/MTA/MCSA/MCITP/MCSE Certified in Windows® Server Operating Systems recommended.

• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Set up, System Performance and Domain Environment, Boot Process (Backup Process, Types Of Backup, Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2 , Storage.

• Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge on VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting – printer issues, Bit locker, MS, Outlook ,teams, BSOD, driver installation, Printer and Wi-Fi trouble shooting.

• Experience on Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity.

• Knowledge on Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate difference between Service Requests and Incident.

• Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.

• Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.

• Any Graduate or Under Graduate
