Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the IT staffing industry. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients understanding their staffing needs and providing them with topquality IT talent. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record in account management.

Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the IT industry.
Understand clients staffing needs and develop strategies to meet their requirements effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance upcoming needs and account growth opportunities.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and source qualified IT professionals.
Screen interview and assess candidates to ensure their skills and experience match client requirements.
Present qualified candidates to clients coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process.
Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet future client demands.
Account Growth and Business Development:
Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads and convert them into clients.
Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue generation.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and track key performance metrics for client accounts.
Prepare regular reports on account performance including revenue client satisfaction and candidate quality.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
