Content and Marketing Specialist
Summary: impactDash is seeking a highly creative and motivated Content and Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience through compelling content and strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for social and climate impact, a keen eye for design, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms. Location: Remote Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy across social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, and through informational emails, with a focus on our current initiatives - "impactChronicles", "PeopleAtImpactDash", “impactMail”, Quizzes, Knowledge-based content, and other promotional material for impactDash offerings. Plan, manage, and execute webinars, in-person interviews, and other video productions featuring industry leaders. Contribute to building and enhancing the brand visibility of impactDash through creative and impactful marketing initiatives. Design and produce brand collateral as needed by different teams at impactDash, ensuring consistency and alignment with impactDash's messaging and visual identity standards. Develop and oversee a sponsored marketing strategy utilizing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Create and monitor key performance indicator (KPI) pipelines to measure marketing efforts, resources, and their outcomes. Implement strategies to improve search engine optimization (SEO) and expand the online presence of impactDash. Key Traits in an Ideal Candidate: A strong sense of design, with an eye for detail in visual elements (margins, typography, and color palettes). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English, with proficiency in a third language being advantageous. Exceptional logical aptitude and analytical thinking. Proficiency in Canva and a solid understanding of design principles. Experience with creating relevant and effective prompts for Generative AI platform, including text-to-text, text-to-image, and text-to-video conversion tools. A self-driven, disciplined, and ethically strong individual who thrives in a remote work environment. Demonstrated knowledge, motivation and initiative in contributing to social and climate impact efforts. Demonstrates a rigorous commitment to timely delivery, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks and projects.
