Responsibilities Of Sales Coordinator - Primary function is to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities.
- Should have some experience of working on Sales software (Salesforce)/ Sales Automation
- Must have worked in a large team with interaction with other team members. He/ She will be expected to co-ordinate with all Sales executives.
- Must be an out-going person with strong interpersonal skills to support the sales team
- Should be able to create daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, MIS and Dashboards as required
- This person will be responsible for all in-bound business enquiries received through marketing channels such as Website, Direct Calls, SEO, Google AdWords, and other marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring the accurate data entry of business enquiries on the software by sales teams
- Ensuring the adherence of TAT for closure of leads by the sales teams
- Preparing reports on the revenue generated from marketing channels across all verticals
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
- Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed
