Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Commercial Collections (B2B)**
**Summary:**
The Quality Assurance Analyst in Commercial Collections (B2B) ensures the adherence of
the team to established work standards, focusing on maintaining high-quality practices.
This role involves meticulous review, documentation, and reporting, contributing to the
overall effectiveness of the Quality Control (QC) Department.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct comprehensive reviews of accounts within the Commercial (B2B) Collections
Department to guarantee compliance with established work standards.
2. Utilize Excel and proprietary company software for detailed documentation of quality
control review findings.
3. Generate periodic reports consolidating, tracking, and trending quality control results to
support the commercial collections department.
4. Cross-train within the Quality Control department, participating in tasks such as
listening to collector phone calls.
5. Collaborate with the QC team to enhance overall quality assurance processes.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a commercial
collections environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to objectively audit work against documented
standards.
4. Proficiency in using Excel and proprietary software for documentation purposes.
5. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of management.
6. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, ensuring the integrity of quality
assurance processes.
7. Familiarity with auditing principles and prior experience in auditing is advantageous.
