Company Description Hideaway Cafe & Bar is a kick back boozer located in North Goa that hosts modern jazz bands and eclectic independent artists. Hideaway was opened by three friends with no experience in hospitality. We believe we are in the business of creating memorable experiences, and that is at the core of all what we do at Hideaway. We were recognized as #5 in the 30 Best Indian Bars 2023 and top #66 in top 100 of Asia's Best Bars 2023. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server. The Food Server will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Food & Beverage and Food Service experience Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent is required Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
