As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and experienced Hands-On Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team.Position Overview :As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure and automate operational processes. This role requires a hands-on approach, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Role and Responsibilities : - Build and manage infrastructure/tools for the entire software development lifecycle - Set up infrastructure/tools for networking - Implement CI/CD processes - Handle deployment with Kubernetes - Scale various infrastructure components - Ensure observability of the entire stack - Optimize resource usage - Ensure cloud securityQualifications and desired skills : - Strong computer networks, operating systems concepts - 3 - 6 years of Devops/SRE experience. - Experience of working with AWS cloud. - Solid understanding of linux, bash scripting. - Working knowledge of Golang, python or equivalent. - Good understanding of kubernetes - IaaC tools like terraform / pulumi - Experience with any one observability stack (open telemetry will be a bonus) - Understanding of cloud security best practices.Other Details :- Experience in fintech or financial services - Experience in startups (ref:hirist.tech)
