Global Credit Administration Associate

What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Global Credit Administration Associate within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in RMZ Millenia Business Park Phase II Campus 3B, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096 The Credit team is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Administration Associate proficient in overseeing various credit-related processes. This role provides critical support for the Credit Department by facilitating key task flows and ensuring accurate account management and documentation. Successful execution of this role will facilitate smooth flow of Credit operations, expanding the capacity of the Global Credit Team in building and maintaining the business portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Credit Limit Activation Process: -Prepare and dispatch credit letters for approved cases across NA, EMEA, and APAC regions. -Maintain meticulous records by updating the approved limit notes and uploading relevant credit approval documents to the system, including email approvals, financial statements, and credit reports. -Execute the activation of credit limits and terms in the system upon receipt of the signed credit letter. Managing the Wire Tracking Queue: -Process transactions within client settlement limits and those with cleared payments in the wire queue. -Regularly review the wire queue and update clearing dates for transactions exceeding their settlement limits to ensure accurate tracking and timely processing. Opening an Option Account: -Verify all required documents for option account opening. -Facilitate the opening and activation of approved credit limits for option accounts.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong team player with solid communication skills.
