Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and creative marketer who brings non-stop energy and enthusiasm. Be a part of our dynamic team as a Marketing Executive for South Asia & Sub Saharan African Region and unleash your creativity in planning, executing, and reporting on performance-based marketing activities that propel revenue and attract customer loyalty. Your role involves not just understanding our customers and competition, but crafting marketing campaign and collaterals that shape commercial decisions.

Key Accountabilities

• Effectively collaborate with the team to execute targeted campaigns , to develop creative, impactful collateral and to attend conferences that will help us achieve strategic goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with the audience. Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other relevant metrics.
• Expertly manage Google AdWords campaigns and utilize Google Analytics for insights, KPI tracking, and refining marketing strategies.
• Understanding user behaviour, through continual testing and optimization strategies (including A/B testing ) and ongoing reporting on channel performance, in order to optimise plans
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences , trade shows, and events. Manage logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities during conferences.
• Creating branded visual assets (static images and simple animations/videos) for use across marketing channels including email banners, social media assets, websites, etc
• Undertake and support market research to understand customer , competitor and market developments, feeding outcomes into own plans and those of wider department.
• Accountable for managing own learning, taking responsibility to identify and develop skills gaps

The role is based in New Delhi, India. You must have the right to work and live in India.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a marketing environment, understanding of the role of marketing and the implementation of evidence-based marketing campaigns
• Knowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point), web/cloud based databases, CMS, email creation platforms and/or other bespoke IT systems.
• Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Possess skillset in digital marketing to demonstrate a solid understanding of online channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics
• Showcase expertise in content marketing in creating engaging and impactful content across various platforms.
• Understanding of project management tools.
