A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. Job Roles & Responsibilities Directly responsible for the smooth operations of the Restaurant Conducting departmental communication cascade in the first week of every month Generating sales and minimizing on the customer complaints, GMB above 4.8 rating for the restaurant Conducting regular briefings, keeping team informed about the business, guest feedback Generating 60% of sales targets set for the month & control operational cost to cut wastage. Responding effectively and accurately on the customer complaints/high productivity/quality and service standards Coordinating and closely monitoring the operations of the F&B Service and also the Production teams Raising Objections in case of any deviations in the hygiene maintained in the food safety and the preparations Staff attendance and Incident reporting to HR personnel, Organize and supervise shifts Maintaining records of each and every transaction/MIS/data driven work environment Following the standard operating procedures and exhibiting utmost professionalism Qualifications Any Undergraduate/Graduate Minimum Work Experience Of 7-10 Years From Hospitality/Luxury/lifestyle Etc.
