Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in school operations excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with school principals.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand school requirements and facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals and key stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for schools addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with school principals to understand their evolving needs.
- Keep schools informed about updates enhancements and new offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in school operations or a similar role within the education sector.(24 years)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and postsales support.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with school principals.
