Overall monitoring and planning of kiln maintenance for regular and shutdown jobs to increase reliability. Budget preparation and cost controlling during annual shutdown, Improvement jobs, inventory control, manpower optimization compliance, Major building and strengthening safety culture during maintenance jobs.
Maintenance of Line-123 kiln circuit from RABH
SAP and Knowledge of All UTCL Safety Standard
Team development
Execution of CAPEX
WCM and ISO Hands on experience
Completion of Shutdown as per the given time frame
Equipment reliability and Preventive maintenance
