FACTORY OPERATIONS MANAGER
(TOTAL SALARY : SR 8000 – 10000 PM)
As the Factory Operations Manager(Strong Leader ship qualities, excellent English communication & experience), primary duties and responsibilities involve overseeing the day-to-day activities within the factory to ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency. He will be responsible for managing the production schedule, coordinating with various departments, and supervising the production team to meet production targets. Additionally, He will need to ensure that quality control standards are met, and that health and safety regulations are followed. Monitoring inventory levels, ordering raw materials, and conducting regular inspections of equipment and machinery are also part of his role. Ability to problem-solve, make quick decisions, and communicate effectively with all levels of staff will be critical in ensuring the overall success of the factory operations.
