NAKODA INDUSTRIES is a manufacturing company that specialises in the production of Copper Phthalocyanine Crude and Pigments along with Inorganic Iron Oxide Pigments in Chhindwara (M.P). We are actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. With a primary focus on the production of Phthalocyanine and other chemical products, Nakoda Industries is committed to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and reliability. Job Summary: As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our manufacturing facilities by overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, with a strong background in maintenance, preferably in Phthalocyanine or Chemical Industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Supervise and lead a skilled maintenance team, providing guidance and support for day-to-day activities. Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for equipment upgrades, repairs, and replacements. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Manage the procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for the maintenance function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 15 years or more of progressive experience in maintenance, with a focus on industrial settings. Previous experience in Phthalocyanine or Chemical Industries is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a maintenance team. In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability-centered maintenance, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the chemical industry.
