Job Description:

The IT Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing

customer relationships, and closing sales for IT products and services. They will work closely with the

sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads for IT products and services

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the

CRM system

• Conduct research on potential customers to understand their needs and preferences

• Initiate and manage outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company

sales goals

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

• Negotiate and close sales deals with customers

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services to provide customers with relevant

information and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in IT sales or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
