Job description

Job Description: Customer Success Manager must comprehend the customer requirements, promote our products and solutions, maintaining long-term relationship, ensure customer loyalty, achieve high customer satisfaction index by creating exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities Study and analyse present customer success process, workflows, and customer satisfaction index, identify the gaps, and implement solutions Coordinate order processing between KAMs, Customers, and Planning teams. Closely work with Key Account Support Team, provide suggestions, monitor teams’ performance metrices, address any operational inefficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction at a higher level. Ensure accuracy by verifying POs against quotes and reconciling dispatch data. Facilitate timely communication of schedules to KAMs and Customers. Support the internal team in resolving customer billing and collection challenges. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety norms, and uphold quality standards consistently.

Skills Required

Proficiency in ERP systems for order processing and data management. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word. Familiarity with inventory management and financial software. Understanding of ISO standards and Information Security Management Systems. Strong technical writing abilities and problem-solving skills for efficient workflow management. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI is a plus
