Key Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to potential clients in the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their mortgage needs are met.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' eligibility for mortgage products.
- Present and explain mortgage options to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a high level of sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in mortgage regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client A graduate from any stream.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or Home Loan sales.
- Openness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
